Call Back People Who Asked to Hear From You

The follow-up add-on calls people who submit your web form and tick a consent box naming your business. It gives their project request a phone conversation while you work.

  1. Form request

Start with someone who submitted project details through your web form.

  2. Written permission

Require a consent box naming your business before follow-up calls.

  3. Project intake

Ask your trade questions and collect details for the next step.

Full details

A homeowner submits a remodel request while you're on site. With written consent, your receptionist asks intake questions and books an appointment or collects callback details. You keep consent records.

Calls go out within about a minute, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. the lead's time; otherwise the next morning. Only the 50 US states; at most one follow-up per number per day, consisting of one attempt plus one retry 10 minutes later.

We use one fixed consent box, unchecked by default: "By checking this box, I agree that [Your business name] may call me at the phone number above about my request, including calls made with automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can say "stop" on any call and I won't be called again."

From Form Submission to Call Summary

An eligible form lead receives a follow-up attempt within about a minute, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. their time. The add-on allows one attempt plus one retry.

  1. Calling window

    Follow-up calls run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. locally.

  2. Limited attempts

The add-on makes one initial attempt plus one retry.

  3. Clear introduction

The receptionist states it is a virtual assistant and records calls.

Full details

The conversation starts with the receptionist identifying itself as a virtual assistant and announcing that the call is recorded. It answers as your business and uses your services, service area and price policy to guide the intake. A kitchen request can become an appointment in Google Calendar or a message for you to review.

You receive the call record through email and app push notification, including the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. The calling window and attempt limit define how this add-on operates. They are product rules, rather than a promise that a lead will answer or book work.

Set the Form Consent and Project Questions

Your business adds the fixed consent box, unchecked by default, to its web form unchanged and sets the receptionist's intake instructions. Decide what you need to learn before discussing an estimate visit.

  1. Named business

The consent box must identify the business making the follow-up call.

  2. Consent records

Your business keeps records supporting permission for those calls.

  3. Intake rules

Supply the services, service area and questions that guide the conversation.

Full details

Start with the request your form invites: an estimate, a remodel discussion or another service you offer. Tell the receptionist which questions matter for that work. Your onboarding answers and website information provide the business knowledge it uses, including what you do not do and what it may say about prices.

For the follow-up add-on, your business adds our fixed consent box, unchecked by default, to its web form unchanged; only the business name is filled in. The caller must have ticked a written-consent box naming your business. Choose whether the conversation should book an appointment or collect details for your review, and test the intake against a typical project request.

No Cold Lists or Repeated Calling Campaigns

This add-on does not call purchased leads, cold lists or people without the required form consent. Opt-outs are honored at once, and attempts stop at the stated limit.

  1. No purchased leads

Bought contact lists cannot be used for this add-on.

  2. No cold outreach

Follow-up starts with your form request and required written consent.

  3. Stop requests

An opt-out ends further follow-up attempts for that person at once.

Full details

The add-on is for answering a request from someone who gave the required permission to your business. It is not a way to work through an old prospect list or contact people whose numbers came from another seller. Permission must come through your web form's written-consent box naming your business.

Someone may decline during the conversation. We honor that opt-out immediately rather than continuing the retry. One attempt plus one retry is the limit, and calls stay within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the recipient's time. A completed form does not promise a completed call or an accepted estimate appointment.

Try the Conversation Before Setting Up Follow-Up

The browser demo lets you hear the receptionist's intake style using a fictional contractor. It demonstrates a conversation; it does not place a follow-up call to your lead.

  1. Play the homeowner

Describe the kitchen project you might submit through a form.

  2. Test the questions

Listen for useful intake rather than a guessed construction price.

  3. Plan your setup

Identify your form consent and callback needs before enabling follow-up.

Try a kitchen remodel estimate request in the receptionist browser demo. Speak as a homeowner who has asked to discuss a project, then ask about the next step. You will hear the sample business's intake approach and its response to a price question.

The demo uses fictional business information and does not test outbound delivery, form consent or calling times. It helps you judge the conversation you would want a lead to have. Request a free trial to use your own services and policies, and review the follow-up add-on's consent requirement before using it.

Questions

How soon does it call a web-form lead?

The follow-up add-on calls within about a minute, during its 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. window in the lead's time. It requires a submitted form and written consent naming your business. That timing sets when we attempt the call; the lead may be unavailable.

What consent does my form need?

We require the person to tick a written-consent box naming your business before the add-on calls. Your business adds our fixed box, unchecked by default, to its web form unchanged, with only the business name filled in. A form containing a phone number without that permission does not meet the requirement for this service.

Can it follow up on purchased leads or an old contact list?

No. This add-on is limited to people who filled in your web form and provided the required written consent naming your business. It does not support purchased leads, cold lists or list dialing. Use it for those direct form requests rather than general prospecting.

What happens if the person does not answer or asks to stop?

The add-on allows one attempt plus one retry within its calling window. If the person opts out, we honor that request at once. The service does not keep making attempts until someone answers, and it does not promise that a request will become an appointment.

Can the conversation book an estimate appointment?

Yes. Your receptionist can book into Google Calendar using your business instructions, or take the project details for your callback. It asks your trade's intake questions and follows your price policy. The follow-up add-on uses the same business knowledge as your receptionist.
